I’ve had my Evolution D5 Maverick from C&T Carts for almost a year now, and I especially want to recognize Will and Josh for the way they have taken care of me since I bought it. Both of these guys have gone above and beyond more than once, and their service after the sale has been every bit as important to me as the original purchase.
I live about an hour from C&T’s shop in Lancaster, but I made the trip there in September 2025 because I knew exactly what I wanted — an Evolution D5 Maverick — and they were one of the few dealers anywhere within several hours of me that had one available. I’m glad that’s where I ended up buying it because Will and Josh have shown me that they care about taking care of their customers long after they leave the lot.
My cart did develop some significant issues less than a month after I bought it, and getting everything sorted out turned into a much bigger job than anyone expected. C&T spent weeks working through the problems, including replacing the controller, main wiring harness, and other components. Josh even made multiple trips to my house to work on the cart and address issues for me.
When they had done everything they could locally and the problem still wasn’t completely resolved, Will took customer service to another level. He personally hauled my cart all the way from South Carolina to Evolution’s East Coast headquarters in Orlando so the manufacturer could get directly involved and get it right. That’s not something I expected when I bought the cart, and it’s something I haven’t forgotten.
Obviously, nobody wants to deal with problems after buying a new cart. But I’ve always believed you learn a lot more about a business by how they respond when something goes wrong than when everything goes perfectly. Will, Josh, and C&T continued working with me instead of just passing the problem along to the manufacturer, and they put a tremendous amount of time and effort into helping me.
I really appreciate the personal attention and service I’ve received from both Will and Josh. They’ve gone the extra mile for me more than once, and that kind of support after the sale is a big reason I’m glad I bought my Maverick from C&T.
Thanks again, guys. I appreciate everything you’ve done and look forward to continuing to work with you.

C&T Carts Lancaster were very easy to buy from. They have large selection of carts. They offer 0% financing with a small fee. They deliver your cart right to your driveway with a lesson on how to use it. Then they offer on-site repairs if anything ever breaks. All for a very reasonable price. If you want to buy local and have local support, C&T is the place to shop.
